What we collect

For the landlord: their email, name, address, phone number and signature. For their tenants: name, email, phone number and language, entered by the landlord. When a notice is opened: the date, time, IP address and browser of the tenant.

Why

This information is used only to send notices of modification of the lease and to keep proof that they were received and of the answers. It is never sold.

Where and for how long

The data is hosted in Canada (Montreal). Proof is kept for at least 3 years, the period during which legal action is possible.
