About ProprioSign
ProprioSign is a free web service, created in Quebec by a residential landlord, for landlords who manage their own buildings, mostly duplexes, triplexes and other plexes.
What ProprioSign does
You enter your units and tenants once. Each winter, you fill in the lease modification notice: ProprioSign fills in the official form of the Tribunal administratif du logement, sends it to each tenant who signed the lease, keeps dated proof that it was received and collects the signed reply.
What ProprioSign is not
ProprioSign is not affiliated with the Tribunal administratif du logement or the Government of Quebec. The form shown is the one the Tribunal publishes on its website. ProprioSign is not a law firm: the guides provide general information, not legal advice.
How it is funded
For the 2027 season, sending notices is free, whatever the number of units. ProprioSign is funded by a paid option, enhanced proof, and by advertising shown to landlords. No advertising is ever shown to tenants.
