How it works

  1. 1

    Add your units and tenants

Just once. Next year, everything is already there.

  2. 2

    Fill out the notice

The form includes the mandatory content. The deadlines are checked for you.

  3. 3

    Track the answers

Each tenant confirms receipt, then accepts, refuses or announces they are leaving.

Every step in under 3 minutes, with sample data.

Built for proof

Dated proof of receipt

The tenant clicks “I confirm I received my notice” before seeing it. This click is dated and kept.

Deadlines calculated for you

A lease ending June 30: the notice must be received between January 1 and March 31. ProprioSign warns you if you are late or early.

One notice per co-tenant

Each person who signed the lease gets their own link. You see right away who has not received it yet.

The official TAL form

ProprioSign fills in the official form of the Tribunal administratif du logement, with its mandatory text: the tenant’s three choices, the deadlines and the remedies. The PDF is in the language of the lease.

Frequently asked questions

Is it the official form of the Tribunal administratif du logement?

Yes. ProprioSign fills in the official form published by the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL-806-E in French, TAL-806A-E in English) with your information. ProprioSign is not affiliated with the Tribunal.

Is a notice sent by email valid?

The notice must be given in writing, and the landlord must be able to prove that the tenant received it. ProprioSign keeps the date and time when the tenant confirms receiving the notice, with their IP address and browser. If a tenant does not confirm, deliver the notice another way (registered mail or by hand).

What happens if the tenant does not answer?

The tenant has one month after receiving the notice to refuse or announce they are leaving. If they do not answer, they are deemed to have accepted the new conditions. ProprioSign shows this deadline for each tenant.

My tenants are co-tenants. How many notices do I need to send?

One notice for each person who signed the lease. ProprioSign sends the same notice to each of them, with a personal link, and tracks each receipt separately.

My lease is in English. Can I send the notice in English?

Yes. The notice must be written in the language of the lease. You choose the lease language for each unit.

Why is it free?

ProprioSign is funded by ads shown to landlords and by the enhanced proof option. No ads are shown to tenants.
